SURFACE AREA

The Technology Park of Asturias at present covers a total surface area of 48ha, of which 25ha have been allotted to modular plots, (measuring between 2,000m² y 14,000m²) and the remaining 19ha to green areas, roadways and services, while 4ha have been designated to the construction of public service buildings (IDEPA, BIC Asturias and the Technology Centre).

Today PT Asturias is planning an extension of approximately 7.5ha, for the construction of at least one building to house innovative technology companies and modular plots of varying size.
