ENTIDAD URBANÍSTICA COLABORADORA DE CONSERVACIÓN PARQUE TECNOLÓGICO DE ASTURIAS

This Body is comprised of the Technology Park of Asturias plot-owners and it is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of building work and service installations in the Park, as well as ensuring that general services are provided for by directly contracting the relevant public entities and suppliers.

A selection of services it oversees are:

Security Services
Gardening Services
Cleaning
Selective household waste collection management
Public lighting
Water supply and maintenance of water supply network
Fire control system

To fulfil these objectives, the Collaborative Town-Planning Body is an administrative and legal body since its inscription in the Collaborative Town-Planning Bodies Register. It is regulated by the applicable law in-force and also by the following statutes: E.U.C.P.T.A. Statutes.

Amongst the governing bodies is the General Assembly (formed by all the plot owners), The Delegated Committee (formed by a limited number of rotating members) and the Chairman.
