SOCIAL ASPECTS
Those employed in the Technology Park of Asturias have at their disposal since 2008 a "Resource guide to how to reconcile work, family and social life" (“Guía de recursos para la conciliación de la vida laboral, familiar y personal”) which mentions, in line with its title, the main resources available in the Park and surroundings such as: childcare services, services for the elderly, sociocultural centres, libraries, sports complexes, transport services and others.
The aim of the Guide, which has been written within the Community Initiative Equal framework
and co-financed by the European Social Fund and the Principality of Asturias Autonomous Government,
is to identify resources that can help reconcile work, family and social life of the PT Asturias
community.
